How we handle your details
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you about tutoring, and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it or add you to a mailing list.
What we collect
When you fill in the enquiry form, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address
- Your child's year level, and whatever you tell us about the subjects they would like help with
- How you heard about us, if you choose to tell us
- Which page you were on and, if you arrived from an advert, which advert it was
We do not ask for your child's name, date of birth, school or any other identifying detail through this website. If you send extra information in the message box, we only use it to prepare for your child's session.
Why we collect it
So we can contact you back about a session, work out which group suits your child, and know which of our adverts and posts are actually reaching families. That is the whole list.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in a private Google spreadsheet that only we can open, and a copy is emailed to our own inbox. Google processes and stores this data on our behalf under their own terms.
Cookies and advertising
If you arrived here from a Facebook or Instagram advert, this site may load the Meta Pixel. It tells us how many people who saw an advert went on to fill in the form. It does not tell us who you are, and we never see your Facebook profile. You can block it with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, and the site will still work normally.
We do not use any other analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
If you become a family we work with, we keep your contact details for as long as your child is enrolled with us. If you enquire and do not go ahead, we delete your enquiry after about twelve months.
Asking us to delete it
Email jumpleaplearning@gmail.com or call 0423 205 989 and ask. We will delete your details and confirm once it is done. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold.
Who we are
Jump Leap Learning is a small tutoring business run by Jordan and Le, operating from Hunt Club Community Centre in Deer Park, Victoria. If anything here is unclear, just ask us - we would rather explain it than have you wondering.
